Details:

Manage and control the continuous SDLC release promotion cycle including the following environments: engineering, model office, BPO leveraged Platform and Customers dedicated Platform

• Install all new hardware, systems, and software for Genesys Voice Platform, Outbound and Predictive Dialers.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with 3rd party vendors (particularly important when troubleshooting issues with 3rd party software/hardware)

• Must understand the basics of Computer Networking (TCP/IP, network routing, Firewalls, etc.)

• Understanding of Voice Over IP and/or SIP is a plus

• SQL server build and support experience.

• Must have Genesys GVP 7.x or 8.x Product Experience with respect to installation, configuration and maintenance of the same.

• Exposure to Telecom, Avaya or service provider environment related to IVR process is a plus

Must have experience with Genesys Outbound and Out Bound Predictive dialer with respect to installation, configuration and maintenance of the same.
