Experience : Freshers or candidates with minimum 6 months of international BPO Voice Process may apply
Qualification: Graduates (10+2+3) / Final year appeared candidates can apply. (BE/BTech need not apply)

Skills required
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent and reasonably good written communication skills
- Good Listening ability (considering the longer duration of calls in the process)
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Should be able to work on targets
- Good working knowledge of computers
- Ready to work in rotational shifts.
