Experience : Freshers or candidates with minimum 6 months of international BPO Voice Process may apply
Qualification: Graduates (10+2+3) / Final year appeared candidates can apply. (BE/BTech need not apply)
Position : Customer Support Representative (CSR)
Process : Inbound (Voice Process)

Skills required

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent and reasonably good written communication skills
• Good Listening ability (considering the longer duration of calls in the process)
• Basic understanding of customer service
• Should be able to work on targets
• Good working knowledge of computers
• Ready to work in rotational shifts.
