Job / Role Description

• Interact with various stakeholders from the Business and IT areas
• Apply analytical skills to analyse business needs and problems (requirement gathering)
• Propose solution
• Document functional specifications using various techniques such as UML, process flow, USE CASES etc.
• Work closely with the Developer community while building the IT solution
• Develop functional test cases
• Provide implementation support
• Assisting with the business case
• Communication and documentation
• Organisational implementation (process consulting)
• Specific area in Banking: Mortgages (knowledge of Scandinavian market would be a HUGE PLUS) Business Analyst
• Exposure to internet applications
• Process modeling activities
• Process modeling tools (WBM; RSM)
• Banking domain
• IT experience
• Training exposure
• Location flexibility
• Flexibility on domain / projects
• Willingness to see things through to a logical end
