• Core Java, JSP, Servlets, Spring, JSF, Struts, Hibernate, Webservices, AJAX, XML, UML, Websphere, SAO, EJB, JBoss, JMA, JAAS, JCA, JavaIDL, JNDI, STAX, ICEfaces, JAXB, JAX –WS
• Should be able to independently architect, design and develop systems using Java/J2EE technology
• Should have experience in struts framework, spring framework, hibernate
• Should be well versed with Websphere & JBoss
  Should be expert in SOA/webservices area
• Should be ready to guide technical specialist in problem solving
• Experience in using JBoss seam framework is a big plus
  Excellent communication skills and customer handling skills is a must
