Experience: 3 - 7 Years as Instructional Designers

Qualification: Any Degree

Skills Required:

• Ability to analyze client's learning needs target audience characteristics and content ,
• Ability to create high level course design document,
• Ability to develop learning objectives ,
• Ability to develop story boards
• Ability to visualize graphics and animations,
• Ability to do reviews of deliverables at various stages of course development,
• Ability to train and mentor IDS,
• Collaborate with media and technology teams,
• In - depth knowledge of IF theories and practices,
• Strong proficiency in MS office,
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Windows XP
• Preference: Degree/Diploma/Certificate/training in Instructional Design
• Familiarity with e-learning standards and authoring tools
• German/foreign language
