Minimum expectations:
- 7 + years of hands on experience in respective technology
- Quick learner in adopting latest technologies in to solutions
- Good solution architecting skills
- Ability in analysing requirements and estimate the efforts for new projects
- Has provided solutions to 2-3 large enterprise wide applications and supported them through complete lifecycle of implementation
- Has strong knowledge in OOAD and usage of suitable patterns to solve some of standard problems
- Knowledge of design patterns and their application
- Possesses good aptitude to mentor technology specialists to develop their skills
- Identity management, Single Sign-On implementation
- SOA, XML, Web application secure coding practices

MS Technology:
Web based and client Server application development using tools VSTS.NET 2005/2008, TFS, IIS, .NET framework 2.0/3.0/3.5, WPF,WCF, WWF and AJAX.
Ability to design and develop solutions with SQL Server 2005,Oracle 10g database technologies - Reporting services, Analysis services(BI)
Architecting solutions based on SharePoint Server 2007, EPM, CRM and BizTalk Server
