Architect - Java Technology (Eclipse, EJB, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, JBOSS, SOA, XML, OOAD) - Coimbatore

Minimum expectations:
- 7 + years of hands on experience in respective technology
- Quick learner in adopting latest technologies in to solutions
- Good solution architecting skills
- Ability in analysing requirements and estimate the efforts for new projects
- Has provided solutions to 2-3 large enterprise wide applications and supported them through complete lifecycle of implementation
- Has strong knowledge in OOAD and usage of suitable patterns to solve some of standard problems
- Knowledge of design patterns and their application
- Possesses good aptitude to mentor technology specialists to develop their skills
- Identity management, Single Sign-On implementation
- SOA, XML, Web application security practices

Java Technology:
Web based and client Server application development using Eclipse IDE, J2EE, EJB, Struts, Hibernate, spring,
Ability to design and develop solutions with SQL Server 2005, Oracle 10g database technologies
Application development using EJB,ESB, Map integration and workflow engine based solutions
Expert knowledge in working with IBM Web Application server, JBOSS, Tomcat server technologies
